A: [We are a voluntary non-profit 501(c)4 group committed to improving the quality of life for  the residents in our community. 

The strength of the Association depends entirely on voluntary efforts and an annual membership fee from each resident. We encourage all residents to become a member and to participate in our activities throughout the year. Experience the pleasures, rewards, and satisfaction that comes from knowing your neighbors.]

A: [We ask for an annual pledge of $75.00 per household.]

Our Homeowners Association is committed to providing

Landscaping and Maintenance - We contract with a company to cut the grass and provide landscaping at the entrances to the neighborhood at Frankford and Voss as well as Midway and Cedarview. We are also responsible for maintaining the perimeter walls on Frankford and Midway Roads.

Crime Watch - We maintain close contacts with the Dallas Police Department to ensure our neighborhood is safe and secure for all residents.

Beautification -  We are committed to maintaining an attractive environment that will increase property values for all of us.

North Dallas Neighborhood Alliance - The Association belongs to the North Dallas Neighborhood Alliance composed of representatives from homeowner associations throughout our area. This group also acts as a liason to the Dallas City Council  and other city departments.

Newsletter  - A newsletter is published periodically with topics of local interests including crime alerts, neighborhood activities, and recent developments that impact our community.
