The RPHOA Board receives phone calls from many
neighbors. Many of the items discussed can be directly taken
care of by dialing 311. This is a City of Dallas service for
area residents. Phone calls are received around the clock for
a number of citizen’s concerns. If you report a street light out, be
sure you have the pole number found on the pole itself.

What happens if I call?
A “Work Order” is issued
A confirmation # is given
You can remain anonymous
Code violations are investigated typically within 5 days
